On March 27, 2025, at Agronomska škola Zagreb, a special training session was organized for students and teachers as part of their preparation for obtaining certification as remote pilots in subcategories A1 and A3 of the open category. The training aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate drones safely and in compliance with regulations.
The session included both theoretical and practical components, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of drone operations. During the theoretical part, participants learned about aviation safety, legal requirements, and the fundamental principles of drone flight. The practical training allowed them to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios, gaining hands-on experience with drone controls, maneuvering techniques, and best practices for safe operation.
Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to take the official online exam, a crucial step toward obtaining their certification. The training was led by Hano Uzeirbegović, a teacher from Hotelijersko-turistička škola, who is recognized as an expert in drone education for schools. His extensive knowledge and experience provided valuable insights, helping students and teachers feel confident in their preparation.
